“There is absolutely nothing to do here” – a common phrase I’ve heard during my time in this beloved city. But Cortland is full of hidden gems, unknown places, and things to DO! Which is why I took it on myself to find the 365 of the best things Cortland has to offer, one for every day of the year.
The days can seem long sometimes but here is 365 things worth filling them with in the greater Cortland area (and within a 30 minute road trip).
This blog is an outline and guide for those of you looking for something to do besides drinking, although some of the posts may have drinking involved, because that can be fun too, we are not bias. This blog is not just for us who attend college here, and if you do, it’s to take you off campus a little and connect with the town- hence the name.

Would love the students to be able to connect with us. This site has very little about the things to do in this area. We have indoor mini golf, outdoor mini golf, and paintball target arcade. What a shame more non food businesses are not on this site.

Excellent blog! Do you have any tips and hints for aspiring writers? I’m planning to start my own website soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you recommend starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m totally overwhelmed .. Any suggestions? Kudos!
